One of our supervisors will do the equivalent of a construction job "walk-through" at the conclusion of a project. After hours the Metro HOA phone number will ring to a cell phone so that we are there for you 24/7.
We make sure that all Metro HOA�s laborers are documented and legal to work in the US. We attend ALCC seminars to remain current on new state and federal regulations regarding employment. We have adequate liability and workman�s compensation insurance. Documentation is always provided at contract signing.
Preventative maintenance that we may suggest from time to time is what sets us apart from other services. We believe that if we watch for possible trouble with plants, trees, shrubs, etc. that we can to treat a potential problem early. Spending $1 on prevention can save our customer $5 later. In doing this, to insure that we are using the proper processes we will consult with various contacts such as the forestry service and the department of horticulture & landscape architecture of Colorado State University.
